Students Grievance Mechanism - with Facilities Provided

Digital payments, insurance for students and online grievance redressal mechanism.

Our Institute encourages the students to pay the fees online through the AXIS Bank accounts. Amount can be transferred directly to our Account either through Credit Card, Debit card or UPI through Google Pay, or BHIM. Bank details are attached.

Medi claim policies for the students and faculty are taken every year and renewed as a matter of policy. The insurer is TATA – AIG . Policy document is attached.

The institute has an online grievance redressal mechanism wherein every student has access to the system , they are provided information and personal problems are taken up for solution. They can log in to our online portal and put up their queries and we take necessary action to redress the grievances. We have a separate portal for STUDENTS GRIEVANCE whether exam related, students related, faculty related, etc. The details of the Nodal officer and his contact details are :
